Description

Made of food-grade stainless steel, this 0.5-micron aeration stone is corrosion-resistant and durable, designed for long-term use. The 0.5-micron pore size produces fine, consistent bubbles for efficient gas dissolution, ensuring even diffusion with no clogging and strong resistance to corrosion, helping improve the wort fermentation process. To use, turn on the gas supply before inserting the aeration stone into the liquid. Connect the aeration stones barb to a 1/4 inch inner diameter hose, and attach the other end of the hose to the "in" or "gas" post, or directly to a CO2 regulator. Operate at low pressure, recommended around 35 PSI. Ideal for home brewing applications, this 0.5-micron diffusion stone generates smaller bubbles compared to larger pore stones, enhancing oxygen or carbon dioxide integration into liquids. Suitable for use in beer, soda, cold brew coffee, and other beverages to improve flavor and freshness. Perfect for force carbonating kegged beer, pre-fermentation aeration, carbonating beverages, or oxygenating wort. Also effective for carbonating juice or enhancing cold brew coffee systems.
