It replaces appliance couplers wherever a very robust solution combined with a locking mechanism is required to create a secure connection. Caution: The powerCON is a non-breaking connector. The powerCON should not be connected or disconnected under load or voltage! Type A plug and socket are for IN to a device NAC3MPA-1 Powercon offers a 20 Ampere rating in a securely locking, compact housing and meets all current safety standards. The series features a 3-pole connector with a pre-pluggable ground terminal and a compact design (the series shares many housing components with the Speakon twist-lock speaker connector, but is, of course, completely incompatible!). The secure strain relief chuck accepts cables with a diameter of 5-15 mm, and locking is achieved using the twist-lock principle with a metal locking mechanism (as with current Speakon connectors). Cable connectors have screw terminals (max. wire size 4 mm), panel connectors have 4.8 x 0.5 mm "flat pin" terminals. NAC3MP panel connectors have simple mounting holes and are airtight. This means that with correctly wired connectors, it is impossible to create a short circuit. Package contents: 1 set x NAC3FCA + NAC3MPA-1 connectors (2 pieces).
