Description

It releases carbon dioxide and is used in the fermentation of honey, white wine, and dairy-based alcoholic beverages while helping to prevent oxidation. Operation is simple: fill the airlock with water, insert it into the lid of the brewing barrel or the rubber stopper on the fermentation container, and close the lid securely. Effectively prevents insects from entering the wine or beer during fermentation. Supports fully automatic fermentation processes without the need for manual intervention and is reusable for long-term use. Suitable for fermenting pure juices, including white grape juice, mead, and secondary fermentation of red wine.
