Adjust the Z limit switch after installation. It should be 2.7mm higher, meaning the printing height will be reduced by approximately 2.7mm. A spacer can be printed to compensate for the difference. The magnetic base provides strong magnetic adhesion, ensuring a secure fit with the steel plate. The 3M adhesive offers high viscosity and reliable bonding performance at low temperatures, helping prevent detachment after application to the build surface. Two easy-lift tabs (handles) allow for convenient removal of the steel plate from the magnetic base. The included spare steel plate enables continuous printing—start cleaning one while printing on the other, saving time. Clean the build plate thoroughly with alcohol to ensure no resin or dust remains. The surface must be clean and dry. Carefully apply and press the magnetic base onto the build plate to eliminate bubbles, as trapped air may cause peeling. Wait 72 hours after installation before printing. Tip: After installation, use a hair dryer to evenly apply warm air to the magnetic base for 5–10 minutes to enhance adhesion.
