Description <br> The MCP4728 has four 12-bit DACs in a small package to meet any of your voltage setting needs. <br> In addition, it has the ability to store the DACs settings into the internal EEPROM. Once saved to the internal non-volatile memory, the settings are loaded by default when the DAC is powered up. All via I2C! <br> Further, the MCP4728 allows you to choose between two reference voltage sources: the input voltage used to power it on the VCC pin, or the internal 2.048V reference voltage. <br> If you use the internal reference voltage (Vref in the DAC), you can select either 1X or 2X output gain, resulting in a voltage range of 0V to 2.048 or 0V to 4.096V, depending on your application requirements. <br> By default, you will use the input voltage as the Vref, allowing you to adjust the voltage over a range of 0V to 3.3V or 5V depending on the input voltage. Alternatively, use 2.048V Vref for approximately 3.3V use and 4.096 Vref for approximately 5V use. <br> <br> Specifications: <br> 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC with Four Buffered Outputs <br> On-board non-volatile memory (EEPROM) for DAC code and I2C address bits <br> Internal or external reference voltage selection <br> Output voltage range: <br> 1.
