It is advisable to add 1-4 grams of oak chips per liter of wine. If the amount of wine per liter is 3-4 grams, the soaking for time is 3-4 weeks. If the amount of wine per liter is 1-2 grams and the soaking for time is two months or longer, the effect will be better.
