Secure the valve to a plate or board on your grill or fire pit using the screw and flange. 2. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the respective sides of the valve. Ensure tight connections to prevent gas leakage. 3. Tighten the M8 thermocouple nut onto the valve end securely. Confirm that your valve end thread is 8mm before installation. 4. Properly connect the thermocouple and its threaded end. 5. Turn the knob to open the gas supply and press the valve for approximately 510 seconds until the thermocouple is sufficiently heated. 6. Release the valve. If the gas shuts off after releasing, check the following: - Ensure the thermocouple is consistently exposed to the flame - Verify the thermocouple end is securely connected to the valve - Confirm the inlet and outlet are properly connected to the hoses Color: Yellow Material: Copper Package Contents: 1 x Gas Control Valve Note: The package includes only the items listed above.
