Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit by the screw and flange. 2. Connect your inlet and outlet hose to the inlet and outlet side. (Fix tightly to prevent gas leakage) 3. Securely tighten the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end. (Check if your valve end thread is 8mm before purchase) 4. Connect thermocouple and end thread properly. 5. Open gas using the correct size knob and press and hold the valve for approximately 5–10 seconds until the thermocouple is sufficiently heated. 6. Release your hand. If the gas valve shuts off after release, check the following: - Ensure the thermocouple is exposed to the flame - Verify the thermocouple end is securely connected to the valve - Confirm the inlet and outlet sides are properly connected to the hoses Color: yellow Material: copper Package Contents: 1 x Gas Control Valve Only the above package content is included; other products are not included.
