This CAN Bus module integrates the MCP2515 CAN controller and TJA1050 receiver, supporting CAN V2.0B specifications with a communication speed of up to 1 Mb/s. It handles standard frames, extended frames, and remote frames, with a data field of 0 to 8 bytes. The module operates on a 5V DC power supply and communicates via the SPI interface. A built-in 120Ω terminal resistor provides impedance matching for reliable long-distance data transmission. The circuit design is compact and efficient, making it easy to use with 51 microcontrollers, ARM, and other controllers through the SPI protocol. Operating current: typical 5mA, standby current 1μA (excluding power indicator). Operating temperature: industrial grade -40°C to 85°C.
