The input and output are designed with screw terminals for convenient wire connection and disconnection. With high efficiency, this module can achieve a maximum conversion efficiency of up to 97%. The efficiency is related to the input/output voltage, current, and voltage difference. To ensure better heat dissipation, there is a big heat sink and cooling fan included. In addition to being used as a power supply module, it can also be used as a driver for high power LED lights or a voltage regulator for solar panels. Current Adjustment: Adjust the "A-ADJ" potentiometer counterclockwise about 30 circles to minimize the output current before connecting to a load. Then adjust the "A-ADJ" clockwise to the current value you need. If you use the module for battery charging, connect to the output after the battery is fully discharged. Low Input Voltage Protection Adjustment: If a low input voltage protection is set for a 12V battery, connect the input to a 10V voltage, then adjust RV1 (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease) until the UVLO light up. Now the protection voltage is 10V, which means that when the battery voltage drops to 10V, the module won't step up the voltage and the output voltage will be the same as the input voltage. Note: 1. The input voltage must be more than 10V. 2. If a switch power supply is used as the input, the module should be connected to power and the voltage should be adjusted well before connecting to a load. When connecting to a load, make sure to turn off the power supply first. 3. Power is related to the input voltage, and when the input voltage increases, the power will increase. The maximum input current is 20A. For example, when the input voltage is 12V, the maximum power is 240W; input 24V, maximum power 480W; input 30V, maximum power 600W.
