Embedded Float Ball Valve for Water Level Control in Solar Tanks SI

Note: The product is a liquid level control valve. After installation, the float must be vertical. If installing from the top, an elbow is required to connect the float valve and the inlet line. First, secure the water inlet pipe on a horizontal surface, then connect the automatic water level control valve to the inlet according to standard procedures. The main water inlet must align with the nominal diameter of the control valve. During operation, the shut-off valve must be fully open. If two valves are installed in the same tank, they must be mounted at the same height. Before installation, clean impurities from the pipeline to prevent blockage. If water quality is poor, regular maintenance is recommended. If the user notices extended water-filling time, flush the inlet by raising it temporarily. Working pressure range: 0.2–10 kg/cm² (0.1–1 MPa) Applicable medium: clean water Maximum medium temperature: ≤120°C Installation type: vertical internal installation Outlet diameter: 1/2", 3/4", or 1" BSP thread Working principle: When the water level in the tank or tower drops, the float inside the valve chamber sinks. This action moves the orifice rod to open the pilot orifice. As the water level rises, the float lifts and presses the lever to close the pilot orifice. Water then fills the valve chamber, causing the main valve to close. The sealing surface stops water flow immediately. Color: white Material: ABS Package contents: 1 x water level control valve Note: Due to lighting conditions and display differences, the actual product color may vary slightly from images. Measurement tolerance: ±1–3 cm.
