Fine Mist Ultra Atomizer Nozzle for Dry Fog Applications

Ultrasonic atomization nozzles operate in two stages. In the first stage, the liquid is mixed with compressed air to create initial atomization, producing fine droplets that exit the nozzle. Upon contact with the ultrasonic generator located at the nozzle tip, these droplets undergo a second stage of atomization, where they are further broken down into even smaller droplets through high-frequency oscillation. This secondary microatomization results in a highly uniform droplet size and superior spray performance. The nozzle features a specially designed ultrasonic generator at the front end. As the fluid strikes the metal surface at high speed, it activates the ultrasonic oscillation, enabling refined atomization. Compared to conventional two-fluid nozzles, this design delivers a more consistent mist with improved atomization efficiency.
