FPGA Development Board Open Source RISC-V Linux Lattice ECP5 ULX3S Open Source Toolchain Base Plate + Module - V7.0-SNNGV

The module uses a GD25Q16 Flash chip, which has write protection preventing bitstream programming to the Flash chip. Programming to the FPGA's internal SRAM is possible. The simplest solution is to replace the Flash chip with a W25Qxx series chip, such as the W25Q128. This issue has been resolved via software; manual soldering is not required. The board is primarily developed using an open-source toolchain under Linux, and the official Lattice IDE software for Windows does not support this programmer. Programming can be done using other tools under Windows. Differences between v6.0 and v7.0: There are no differences in the pinout.
