1、This product is used for the tapping chuck for inserting taps on the machine tool for internal thread hole machining. It is mainly composed of tap chuck, chuck jacket, compression spring, steel ball and tap jacket. 2、The end face of the collet jacket is provided with a claw that meshes with the main shaft of the machine tool, and the sleeve of the collet jacket is provided with a steel ball, a spring and a pressure which can transmit power to the tapping chuck while maintaining overload protection and tighten the screw. 3、Torsion overload protection to prevent tap break. 4、The tapping capacity of the tapping machine is M12,M14,M16,M18,M20,M22,M24. 5、Can be used in tapping machine, bench drill, rocker drill, drilling machine.
