Cancellations 

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the delivery process yet. If you wish to cancel your order, you can raise an enquiry with the retailer who will be able to help. 

To start the cancellations process:

  1. Visit our Help Centre (by clicking back a page) and answering some quick interactive questions. 

It may not always be possible to cancel your order and the retailer will advise you if they have been able to do this. If they are not able to cancel, for example if your order has already been shipped, then you’ll need to wait for the delivery and return the goods using the information in the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges FAQ. 


Modifications 

It might be possible to modify your order if it has not yet been confirmed or shipped by a retailer. 

To enquire with a retailer about modifying your order:

  1. Visit our Help Centre (by clicking back a page) and answering some quick interactive questions. 

If they are not able to modify your order, for example if your order has already been shipped, then you’ll need to wait for the delivery and return the goods using the information in the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges FAQ.
