Description: We prepare our Milk Thistle Extract from the dried whole seed of Silybum marianum plants that are certified organically grown or purity verified (verified pesticide-free). Our double-extraction process creates a more concentrated extract which contains the broad-spectrum of Milk Thistle's silymarin flavonoids (silybin, silydianin & silychristin). Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.
