Verify your scooter model is 1S/Pro/Pro 2 and confirm it is the original model. Copies may not be compatible. To use this governor, replace the Bluetooth board and controller. B. This product modifies the scooter’s software to increase speed. If the original motor is 250W, achieving higher speeds may be limited. For optimal performance at 38km/h, upgrade to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. Modification may affect controller software, void insurance, and carry risks. The manufacturer and seller assume no liability for damage or incidents. Use at your own risk. Governor Speed Settings: 1. Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). 2. High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the stem. Keep screws for reassembly. 3. Open the stem cover. Locate the display and connected wire with a middle connector. Unplug the connector. 4. Insert the governor between the display and wire, ensuring proper alignment without damaging internal pins. 5. Place the governor in the center of the stem and reinstall the four screws. 6. Press and hold the Bluetooth board power button to turn on the scooter. 7. Press the brake three times, then press the throttle three times. The governor will display "38", indicating the update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this time. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Test accordingly.
