Description

The hot surface ignitor is constructed with premium nitride material and features white high-temperature coated leads. It has a specified lead size and connector for quick mounting. Rated voltage: AC 120V +/- 10% to 15%, 50/60Hz. Cold resistance: 18-40 ohms. Rated current at 17 seconds: 1.1-1.2 amps. Operating voltage range: 112V to 132V. The ignitor's functionality can be tested using a multimeter. Hot side igniter temperature: 1100°C at 102V/17 seconds, 1180°C at 120V/17 seconds, and 1400°C at 132V/17 seconds. This igniter is commonly used as a replacement part for HVAC controls, furnaces, and similar heating systems.
