Description

The hydraulic steering bleed kit is compatible with Seastar and is designed for cleaning boat hydraulic steering systems. Made of brass material, the kit resists corrosion and enhances durability. Size L: 35 inches / 90 cm. To use, connect a bottle of Sea Star hydraulic steering fluid to the fill hose cap, insert the fill fitting into the boat's hydraulic steering fill port, and attach the quick connector on the other end of the fill hose to the fitting. Insert one end of the bleed hose into the oil outlet fitting of the hydraulic steering cylinder, connect the other end to the quick connector, then invert the hydraulic steering fluid bottle. The fluid flows through the fill hose into the system and exits via the bleed hose and fitting, effectively flushing the system.
