The ergonomic handle ensures comfortable use while delivering consistent results. To use: 1. Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface and hold it firmly. 2. Position the heel of the knife blade at the opening of the slot. 3. Without applying downward pressure, pull the blade through the slot from heel to tip. 4. Avoid back-and-forth motion. For additional sharpening, reposition the knife and repeat the pulling motion. 5. Most dull blades require 3–5 passes for optimal sharpness. 6. For metal knives, run the blade through the slot once more to polish and remove debris. Important: - Not suitable for ceramic or serrated knives and scissors. - Do not clean in the dishwasher. - Keep out of reach of children. - Some blade discoloration may occur during sharpening; this is normal.
