Before installing the protection board, the batteries must be well matched (the voltage difference between each battery is not higher than 0.05V, the internal resistance difference is not greater than 5m, and the capacity difference is less than 30mAh). If it is a polymer battery, the voltage must be 3 to 4V. If the voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery is between 2.6 and 3.5V, the protection board will be locked if the power-on voltage is too high, and the protection board will not work properly. If the battery is already full, please lower it to the required level, and then connect the voltage to the protection board. The batteries must be connected in parallel and then in series. The better the consistency of the battery, the longer the distance traveled, and the protection board's working performance reaches the best.2. Wiring sequence: Connect the B- wire to the battery total negative (the B- wire must be thick and short), and then connect the cable; the cable must be disconnected from the board and then connected, starting from BC0, and connecting BC0 to the battery negative electrode, the second cable is connected to the first battery positive electrode, the third cable is connected to the second battery positive electrode, the fourth cable is connected to the third battery positive electrode ... and so on, after the cable is connected, measure the voltage between each two adjacent cables from the beginning of row. The voltage of the polymer battery should be less than 4V, and the voltage of the lithium iron battery should be less than 3.5V. Carefully check the order of the cables, and insert the cables after correct. First insert the low-voltage cables near B-, then insert the high-voltage cables. The two cables must be connected to the corresponding cable sockets, otherwise, it will burn out. Then connect the negative terminal of the charger and the negative terminal of the load to C-. How many strings of protection board to buy, we jumps the number of strings accordingly, please do not change the number of strings at will. B negative line and C negative line must be thick welded.3. Finally, measure whether the total battery voltage is equal to the output voltage of the protection board. The equivalent protection board is working normally, and it can only be used after confirming the connection. (The total battery voltage is not equal to the output voltage of the protection board. Please read the above steps carefully to see if there are any omissions.)4. Lithium batteries must be charged with a special charger for lithium batteries. Do not use lead-acid battery chargers. Lead-acid charging may have a high-voltage breakdown protection board MOS tube. The charger voltage must be stable and unstable charging voltage has high voltage input, it is easy to break through the charging mos tube, causing the protection board to overcharge and not protect.
