This 45-degree mini pneumatic chamfering tool features a lightweight design that is compact and refined, allowing easy one-handed operation. Use the matching wrench to adjust the chamfer size and replace the blade simply. Speed is adjustable via the 1-5 valve adjustment thickening knob, so you can freely select the required gear speed. The chamfer size can be adjusted at will, and a safety switch prevents accidental activation. It includes a 1/4 inch metal filter, with a free speed of 30,000 RPM and air consumption of 0.4/min. The machine has a chrome-plated all-aluminium housing and high-precision bearings, and is equipped with high-precision heat-treated blades for smoother deburring and chamfering. Its thinnest nut lock allows chamfering in the narrowest and shallowest spaces, and it is suitable for straight-edge chamfering, internal and external circular hole chamfering, irregular chamfering, keyway polygon chamfering, and deburring of metal trims and round R sides.
