Apply oil to the inner surface of the new seal with fork oil. 5. Slide the seal onto the top of the column and slide it down onto the slider. 6. Loosen the three head screws and reduce or increase the diameter to adjust the plastic fitting of the to match the size of the seal. 7. Press the adapter onto the seal and slide up and down a few times until the seal is pushed into the slider.
