For larger plant populations, the use of several traps is recommended, a distance of 2-5 m between the traps.- Place the coloured lower part of the trap securely on the feet on a flat surface.- Put the attractant contained in the lower part with 100 ml of water and place the upper part of the trap on the lower part so that the closing nubs of the lower part fit into the recesses. By turning clockwise, lock the fruit fly trap securely. If a lot of liquid has evaporated as a result of intense heat, the trap can be opened at any time and the liquid level can be filled with water. The attractant must be replaced after 4 weeks at the latest. For optimal catch results, change the attractant regularly after 2 weeks.
