PON planting substrate BASICPON for sensitive plants, 6 liters

Product description: Delicate plants, sensitive cuttings, and fresh offshoots need a very special growing medium to thrive. The purely mineral-based planting substrate BASICPON, with its unfertilized composition, is particularly suitable for this purpose, as it allows for needs-based fertilization. This peat-free substrate is dimensionally stable and provides sufficient support for delicate roots in the planting container. The zeolite it contains permanently stabilizes the optimal pH value, which is especially important for sensitive plants. Its ability to retain water naturally regulates the water supply to the plant. Waterlogging, which often leads to root rot, is prevented by the high drainage capacity of pumice and lava. Furthermore, due to its purely mineral composition, BASICPON does not provide a breeding ground for pests such as fungus gnats. Therefore, it does not need to be replaced even after several years and can be reused repeatedly. This also makes it suitable for allergy sufferers. BASICPON can be used as a standalone substrate or mixed with conventional potting soil. Note: Also suitable for use with edible plants. Application: for: Properties: Suitable for sensitive plants and for propagation. Good for cuttings and seedlings. Not pre-fertilized, for fertilization as needed. 100% peat-free to protect nature. Just enough so that your plant reaches the correct height in the container. Step 2: Place the plant in your container as usual. The roots do not need to be completely freed from the soil. Step 3: Now you can completely fill the container with your chosen substrate, for example, using the PON scoop. Step 4: For the first 12 weeks, water your plant as usual from above, directly onto the substrate. Only water as much as the plant can absorb. Ensure that there is as little water as possible in the reservoir. Application period: Year-round. Active ingredients: Pumice, lava, zeolite. Package size: 6-liter bag.
