Welding Instructions: Use with universal copper-aluminum flux-cored welding wire (not tin welding wire) for welding and repairing copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and other common household metals. Not suitable for welding cast iron, cast copper, or other hard and thick castings. Step 1: Clean the welding joint thoroughly before starting; ensure it is free of dirt and oil. Step 2: Heat the base metal (welding parts) to 350400C, then place the welding wire at the joint for welding. Do not overheat the base metal to the point of redness or excessive burning. Note: If the welding wire does not adhere after melting, the base metal has not been heated sufficiently. The maximum temperature of this welding torch can reach 1300C.
