1、HMC253AQS24E is a low-cost non-reflective SP6T switch in a 24-pin QSOP package with a wideband operating frequency range from DC to 2.5 GHz. 2、This RF switch provides single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility and an integrated 3:6 TTL decoder. 3、The single positive power supply of this GHz RF switch is VDD = +3V to +5V, which is safe and reliable. 4、This GHz RF switch can be used in base stations, CATV/DBS, MMDS and wireless local area networks and test equipment. 5、The low insertion loss (2 GHz) of this low-cost non-reflective SP6T switch is 1.0 dB.
