USB Programming Cable for BBS01 BBS02 BBS03 BBSHD Mid Drive Motor Kit Electric Bicycle Motor 1. The USB programming cable allows connection of a PC and the 8fun Bafang BBS01/BBS02/BBSHD mid drive motor. 2. It helps protect throttle performance and can contribute to extended battery and motor life. 3. In PAS levels 1-9, full throttle acceleration can be enabled to remove the maximum speed limitation, which applies only to PAS. 4. Using the USB programming cable, you can safely adjust basic user-level controller parameters without damaging the motor. 5. Many customers who purchased Bafang BBS01B and BBS02B motors use this USB cable to customize their e-bikes according to personal riding preferences. This kit allows adjustment of basic user-level controller parameters. Firmware modification is not permitted. These adjustments are safe and will not damage the motor. Changes are based on customer feedback to address common concerns: improving throttle response to function more naturally, reducing current draw from 25 amps to 18 amps without sacrificing performance to enhance battery and motor longevity, enabling full throttle in PAS levels 1-9, and allowing throttle override of the maximum speed limit (which applies only to PAS).
