Professional oxygenated emulsion for the permanent hair coloring processFrom Válquer Laboratories we present our oxidizing emulsion formulated with hydrogen peroxide, with a concentration of 40 volumes (12%). Its essential characteristic is that it enhances color development when mixed with hair coloring cream, in permanent coloration. It should also be noted that this vegan formulation contains osmosis (deionized) water and stabilized hydrogen peroxide.
