To use this function, you need to connect the device to your mobile phone using the "M Active" app. Bluetooth: Searches for or disconnects from devices. Pedometer: View the number of steps, calories burned, and distance traveled during the day. At midnight, the day's data is saved and reset to 0. Swipe up to access the options: Status (turn on/off); History (view your local history for the last 7 days); Goals (set daily step goals). Please enter your gender, height, weight, and other information so we can more accurately measure your exercise data. Sleep monitoring: Your sleep duration and quality will be recorded each night from 10:00 to 8:00 to help you better adjust your work and rest schedules and improve your sleep quality. Swipe up to access options and status (open/close), history (see the duration of deep and light sleep), and help (detailed instructions for use). Heart rate monitoring: Place the watch near your wrist, preferably over the wrist bone, just above your upper arm. You will be able to measure your heart rate in real time. The normal value for an average person is 60 to 90 beats per minute. Click the start button at the bottom to indicate that the measurement is in progress; the value will be displayed after approximately 20 seconds. Blood pressure: Start monitoring by entering your blood pressure. During the measurement, keep your arms extended on a flat surface; the data will be displayed after a few seconds. Generally, blood pressure is higher with age and is usually lower in women than in men. Body Temperature: Your body temperature will be measured upon entry. Normal body temperature is 35.9 to 37.2 degrees Celsius. Body temperature varies throughout the day. The maximum temperature difference is 1 degree Celsius. If it exceeds 37.3 degrees Celsius, it is considered a low-grade fever. Sedentary Reminder: Set a reminder for when you are seated; it will sound automatically when the time is up. Anti-loss: Tap "Find" to trigger an alarm on your phone; you can also access the phone app to find the device, and the watch will sound an alarm. Alarm: You can customize up to five alarms; press and hold to dismiss an alarm. Calendar: View the calendar. Bluetooth Music: Play music from your phone in sync. Bluetooth Camera: From any M Active interface, activate the Bluetooth connection with the watch to take a photo; tap the watch to capture the image, and it will be saved to your phone. Stopwatch: Activate this function to time one or more events. Calculator: Perform simple calculations. Settings: Several local adjustments can be made. Bluetooth settings: Press Enter to turn Bluetooth on or off.
